United KingdomI placed an order with StarHide on the 16th July and received confirmation for the purchase of a leather card holder. Delivery in a few days. Thereafter, I received the Royal Mail tracking link. I have not received the goods. I have e-mailed StarHide Customer Services to advise of none delivery; received no reply or acknowledgement. Ironically, I have received from StarHide a request to review the sale on this Forum. I have checked my order number on their web site, it states: ‘Your order is confirmed We’ve accepted your order, and we’re getting it ready’. I have also checked the Post Office tracker and they have not received the goods for delivery to myself. StarHide – you have taken my money and not sent the product; please refund ……………
